Terms of Service
Last updated: 18 March 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Stream platform and website at gostreampay.com (the "Service"), operated by Stream LLC ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") (King Abdullah Road, Al Olaya, Building 12, Riyadh 11564, Saudi Arabia). The Service provides billing automation, subscription management, accounts-receivable tracking, and collections and dunning capabilities designed for schools, sports and social clubs, and technology companies operating in Saudi Arabia. By using the Service you accept these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the laws of your country of residence.
2. Use of the Service
The Service is provided to organisations and the finance professionals and administrators who operate it on their behalf. By accessing the Service you represent that you are authorised to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organisation.
- You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction, or be acting in an authorised capacity for a legal entity.
- You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its normal operation, or to attempt unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its underlying systems.
- You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or reproduce the Service or its output except as permitted by mandatory law.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, algorithms, invoice-workflow logic, platform interfaces, and documentation, is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose during the term of your subscription. No other rights are granted.
4. Customer Data
Your organisation retains ownership of all invoice data, billee contact records, payment records, and other data you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited licence to use, store, and process Customer Data solely to provide the Service, including sending invoices and dunning notices on your behalf, tracking payment status, and generating reconciliation reports. We do not use Customer Data for any other purpose. All Customer Data is stored in KSA-region infrastructure. You are responsible for ensuring that your submission and use of Customer Data complies with applicable law, including obtaining any necessary consents from your own customers.
5. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is a workflow and automation tool; we do not guarantee collection of any specific receivable or payment outcome. Mandatory consumer warranties applicable in your country of residence are not affected.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the subscription fees paid by your organisation to the Company in the twelve months preceding the claim, except for liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any third-party right, or your failure to ensure that your submission of Customer Data complies with applicable law.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if your subscription lapses. On termination, your licence to use the Service ends. Customer Data will be made available for export for thirty days following termination and deleted or returned thereafter in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including sections 3, 6, 7, and 9.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, which shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence.
10. Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email or in-platform notice, and will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
