Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
At the end of your trial, you choose a plan to continue. If you do not select a plan, your account is paused and no invoices are sent. Your data is retained for 30 days.
No setup fees for Starter and Business plans. Enterprise plans include a dedicated onboarding engagement, the cost of which is quoted as part of the Enterprise agreement.
A client is any unique billing contact who receives at least one invoice in a given month. Clients who are not billed in a given month do not count against your limit.
Yes. Stream stores all client billing data in KSA-region infrastructure compliant with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). We do not transfer personal data outside the Kingdom without your explicit consent.
